Our Legal Team

Haya Sardar is an articling student with Stevenson Whelton LLP. She graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2023. During law school, Haya was involved with various legal clinics including the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic and Pro Bono Ontario. During her time with Pro Bono Ontario, she volunteered for the legal aid hotline and advocated for elderly victims of HVAC scams. Haya also enjoyed competitive mooting, and she represented the University of Toronto in the Wilson Moot, where her team won second place factum.

Haya has a particular interest in trial and appellate advocacy and aspires to be a litigator. In her free time, she likes to compete in trivia competitions, play the bass, and read any philosophy book she can get her hands on.
