Stevenson Whelton partner Richard Macklin‘s article, “Police Accountability and the Courts”, will be published in the Spring 2021 issue of the Advocates’ Journal. The article explores recent issues surrounding police interactions with community stakeholders and whether our courts (especially on the civil litigation damages side) could be doing more to improve police/community outcomes.
