Stevenson Whelton partners Richard Macklin and Neil Wilson have each published articles in the recently released Summer 2017 edition of the Advocates’ Journal.
Richard’s article, entitled “Law Society of Upper Canada v. Groia – Round five: Ottawa“, sets up the upcoming Supreme Court of Canada hearing in the well-publicized Groia matter. That appeal is scheduled to be heard on November 6, 2017.
Neil’s article, “Justice Delayed”, proposes changes to the civil justice system aimed at ensuring timely access to justice for Ontarians.
