The CPPO is an online guide to Ontario’s Rules of Civil Procedure, Courts of Justice Act, and Limitations Act published jointly by CanLII and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and edited by Professor Noel Semple. The text is written by a team of leading practitioners and experts and is designed to meet the needs of specialist litigators while being accessible to self-represented litigants and the general public. Neil and Madison contributed chapters on examinations for discovery, pre-trials and case management.
