Stevenson Whelton Successful in Condominium Act Disclosure Appeal

 Stevenson Whelton LLP lawyers Neil Wilson and Yolanda Song recently successfully acted on an appeal concerning a failed real estate closing and the disclosure provisions of the Condominium Act. The case concerned whether a condominium purchaser was entitled to rescind an agreement of purchase and sale under s. 74 of the Condominium Act after having failed to complete the transaction. A copy of the decision, Lin v.
