Our Legal Team

Ed practices civil litigation. His primary focus is commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on real estate, development and construction law, corporate/commercial contractual and partnership disputes, oppression remedy claims and employment litigation.

Ed routinely advises entrepreneurs and principals of corporations on various business and legal issues and assists with the appropriate management of risk by recommending litigation/negotiation strategies suited to a particular client’s needs and circumstances.

Ed has a B.A. and received his LL.B. from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, in 2002. He joined Stevensons upon his admission to the Bar of Ontario in 2003.

Ed is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations, The Advocates’ Society, Toronto Lawyers Association, and Peel Law Association. He is also fluent in spoken Russian.
